With over $25,000 in prize money, the Taronga Foundation Poetry Prize has quickly established itself as Australia's leading poetry competition for young people. A joint initiative of the Taronga Foundation and the Poetry Australia Foundation, the aim of the competition is to promote interest in both wild life and poetry.

The Entry Form for the 2006 competition will be available at the beginning of October this year.
